Your data, your choice
Delete your YouMatterToo account and data
You can request deletion even if you no longer have the app.
Delete your community account
Verify the Google account you used, then confirm deletion. This removes hosted community records without reinstalling the app. Google verification starts only when you choose it; Google processes that verification under its own privacy notice.
Need help with a request?
Email youmattertooapp@gmail.com with the subject YouMatterToo deletion request. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, private notes, recordings or backup files. For community deletion we may ask you to complete the Google verification above so that we can securely locate your pseudonymous account.
We verify account ownership before acting and review requests without undue delay, normally within one month. If more time is legally permitted and needed, we explain why and provide the expected timing.
What is removed
Verified requests remove the active community account, its sessions, contributions, reports and saved hide/block preferences. A minimal pseudonymous restriction record may remain where necessary to prevent serious abuse; it contains no stored email or post text. Infrastructure recovery copies follow the provider's retention controls.
Your private device and Drive records
Private plans, notes, photos, recordings and backups are not held on our community server. In supported app versions, open Settings → Your data and profile → Delete my YouMatterToo data to remove local records and this app's Drive copies. If the app is unavailable, clear its storage in Android settings and use Google Drive's application settings to delete its hidden app data. This does not delete your Google account or unrelated Drive documents. We cannot remotely erase an offline device or access your private Drive folder.
For details, read our retention and deletion policy.
